Local Schools Art & Craft / Photography Exhibits

Entries will be accepted from Thursday March 5th and must be in by 9am Saturday morning at the Hall of Home Industries. No entry fee required.

2020 Local Schools Art and Craft – Photography Catalogue

School Exhibits:

Steward: Sally Downie

Classes 1-5 are available in all the following categories: Early Learning (pre-school), Prep and Grade 1, Grades 2-4, Grades 5-7, High School.

Class 1 Fruit basket craft

Class 2 Handprint art – farm animals

Class 3 Drawing or painting of your choice

Class 4 Banner or collage themed “through the seasons” may be done as a poster or bunting

Class 5 Art from recycled item

Class 6 Magic nature wands

Entries must be labelled with Name, Class, Grade. Please label school on the FRONT.

NB: All school exhibits will need to be in by 9:00am Friday 6th March.

Photography Exhibits:

Class 1 Derwent Valley, out and about

Class 2 Featuring Wildlife/Animals

Class 3 Black and white any subject

Class 4 Family on the farm

Class 5 Featuring People

Class 6 Photo any subject – children only (younger than 12)

Class 7 Landscape – children only (younger than 12)

Photos may be any size and must be mounted on cardboard with names printed on the back.

NB*All entries must have names attached in a concealed position. Entries will be accepted from Thursday March 5th and must be in by 9am Saturday morning, to the Hall of Home Industries.

Pick up points include the Central Highlands Community Health Centre, Your local shop or pub, Ptunurra in New Norfolk, Glenorchy and Hobart.
