2020 Sponsorship Packages

There are opportunities for your business to sponsor a specific event, offering prizes to the winners of classes and competitions, or the broader Hamilton Show. 

The Hamilton Agricultural Show is a great mix of traditional show attractions such as Shearing and Wool Handling, Wool, Working Yard Dogs, Campdrafting, Dog High-Jump and Equestrian events, together with some newer elements such as; the Miniature Goats, ‘Temptations of the Valley’ – featuring food and drinks from local producers, clay target shooting, along with loads of children’s activities and some great live entertainment.

The Show Shear event continues to attract strong interest from local, state, national and international competitors.

The Hamilton District Agricultural Show Society Inc. would greatly appreciate an indication of your sponsorship intentions by the 1st February 2020, this enables us to place sponsors in our programme of events, pre show promotion on website and social media, as well as assisting in planning for the 2020 show.

PLATINUM $1000 +

There are opportunities for your business to commit to the show for more than 1 year, as a Platinum Sponsor. This allows your business naming rights to a section of the show, in negotiation with the show committee. Platinum sponsorship will be assessed on a case by case basis. Existing sponsors will be given preference for naming rights to a section that they have previously held or provided prizes for. New sponsors please submit your requests to the show committee via email: hamiltonagshow@hotmail.com

We have a first in, first served policy and the Hamilton Show Committee will consider all reasonable requests for naming rights as fitting to your sponsorship level.

GOLD  $400 – $999

Prominently positioned in our programme of events, 2x family gate and BBQ lunch passes for the 2019 show, the right to display 2x banners around the ground, *reserved ground space for promoting the business, hourly promotion on the PA system, individual promotion on social media before and after show day, business logo featured on the side bar of each page on the show website, logos with a direct link to business website or social media page featured on the show website. Invitation to join the show committee afternoon drinks and nibbles in the hospitality shed.

*Reserved ground space must be booked 6 weeks prior to show day.

SILVER  $200 – $399

Prominently listed in our programme of events, 1x family gate and BBQ lunch pass, the right to display 1x banner around the ground, 4x announcements over the PA throughout the day, *reserved ground space for promoting the business, acknowledged on social media in a group with other silver sponsors, logo featured on show website. Invitation to join the show committee afternoon drinks and nibbles in the hospitality shed.

*Reserved ground space must be booked 6 weeks prior to show day.

BRONZE  $100 – $199

Acknowledgement in our programme of events, 2x adult gate and BBQ lunch passes, 2x announcements over the PA throughout the day, acknowledged on social media as a group with other bronze sponsors, business logo featured on the show website. Invitation to join the show committee afternoon drinks and nibbles in the hospitality shed.
